This week on HER Inspirations we confront FEAR.

The often repeated acronym of FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real - yet we forget this truth when fear takes over.

What does fear do to us?
How to recognise if fear is controlling you? 
Is it ever useful?
Can we overcome fear?
