5. Presence. The Ultimate Gift.

For this week's episode of Higher Energetic Resonance Inspirations, I was inspired by the Bill Keane quote, “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present."

This holiday season is synonymous with giving and receiving presents.
I have slightly twisted the vernacular to reflect on Presence.  
What is presence? What is its benefit to ourselves and others?
The meditation at the end is a combination of breath work and visualisation, is created for you to first be still and recognise the sensation of your presence.  Then then to powerfully amplify the feeling so that wherever you are, you are.
