This week on HER Conversations my guest is Stacie Graham, founder of Yoga and Holistic Wellness company OYA Retreats. Her company has a very specific USP in that it caters solely to women of colour. 

Personally, I have never felt exclusion or if there was any, paid attention to comments or questions about my presence in mainstream yoga spaces. However, I now realise that my curiosity outweighed any desire for representation which again makes me a minority, therefore, the work that Stacie does is needed at present. 

This episode is for everybody. Women of colour can know that there is a safe environment for them to explore yoga and holistic offerings and women who do not identify as such can become aware of why companies like OYA exist.
