My guest this week is April Davila, an award-winning author, speaker, and writing coach who has taught at conferences and workshops online and in person. She is the creator of the Sit Write Here writing coaching program, which integrates mindfulness meditation techniques to help writers quiet their inner critics, overcome writer's block, and edit more effectively and her Mindful Writing Community meets 6 times a week to help writers get words on the page.

During our conversation April shares how being a practicing Buddhist influences her creativity, and how she integrates mindfulness into the ways she guides her clients. She talks about how she uses Artificial Intelligence to assist her in her work while maintaining her authentic creativity.
